Mr. Ip combines analytical precision with decades of leadership in education. His foundational training in mathematical logic and early computational theory positions him uniquely at the intersection of STEM education and policy development.
He had been Guest Professor with the Hong Kong Financial Services Institute and had focused on the design of advanced curricula integrating quantitative methods and fintech applications. He has served also as Project Coordinator at the Education Bureau of the Hong Kong SAR Government, spearheading initiatives to modernize STEM education frameworks, emphasizing computational thinking and mathematical reasonings.
